About Pavle
I’m a dental hygienist with a practice in Prague 1, Pštrossova 10. I’m originally from Serbia, and Prague is home. Paun means peacock, which is why the feather is in the logo. The brand is personal, just as personal as the way I work in the chair.
I found dental hygiene through a friend who showed me how a practice works while I was studying at the First Faculty of Medicine. I fell for the field and realised I love preventing problems as much as solving them. I’ve been doing this for about eight years. I keep learning, because methods change and so do the situations people bring in.
We do not rush in the chair. First we talk about what brought you in, then we choose the length and the pace. Adults and children both come to me. Junior exists so a first visit is not the one people run from for the next ten years.

Where to start
Looking for dental hygiene in Prague 1, returning after a long break or interested in the appearance of your smile? You do not need to know the name of a treatment. Start with what you need from the visit.
Whether you visit regularly or have put hygiene off for a while, we start with your current situation and past experience. We look at your gums, calculus and stains. The findings determine the scope; a shorter mini visit will not fit every situation.
Junior dental hygiene allows time to get comfortable and understand what happens. We adapt the pace to the child and what they can manage. The visit also gives child and parent clear guidance on what to focus on when cleaning at home.
For whitening, we discuss your expectations and the difference between in-office and home options. If you would like a small personal detail, dental jewellery is another option. We discuss the specific approach and your choice beforehand.
When booking, tell me what brings you in and whether you have any worries about treatment. You do not need to estimate the scope yourself. There is time for questions, an explanation and a pace you feel comfortable with. You leave with specific guidance for home hygiene.

Everyone arrives with a different situation. Hygiene has more than one length, whitening has two paths, and the rest follows what you need.

I work gently. If you are sensitive, I adapt the pace and the method. No extra drama.
Usually every 4 to 6 months. If you were here recently, the fee list has a follow-up visit within 4 months.
It depends on the treatment. Mini is shorter, full hygiene takes longer, deep scaling follows the extent of the work.
Yes. Junior is hygiene for children, at a calmer pace, with a clear plan for home.
