Scope of this information
This notice covers paundh.cz and contacting the Paun DH practice (Pavle Bojić, DiS., company ID / IČO 01269208) at Pštrossova 10, Prague 1. It does not replace information about medical records or the processing of data when providing healthcare.
When you contact us
When you contact us by phone, email or another channel, you provide contact details and the content of your enquiry. These are used to reply and arrange a visit. The legal basis may be steps towards providing a service at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries, the legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Please avoid including detailed health information that is unnecessary for arranging an appointment.
Website operation and recipients
The server receives technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address. The hosting provider may process operational and security logs to maintain availability and security. Email communication passes through the email service provider. The website has no contact form, analytics or marketing tracking.
Retention
Correspondence is used to answer enquiries and arrange visits. Further retention depends on its purpose, applicable legal obligations and the need to protect legal claims. Medical records follow separate rules. Contact us by email for information about retention of your particular correspondence.
External services
Maps, social networks and any booking calendar open on their operators’ websites. They process data under their own rules, potentially outside the European Economic Area. Read the service’s information before submitting data. An external calendar does not load automatically within Paun DH.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Legal obligations may limit some requests. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
